Absolutely superb stay, the hotel is well placed for a stopover on the journey from Calais to the Gironde Estuary. Staff were attentive from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. They were happy to accept our ageing Welsh Terrier, which was one of the reasons for choosing the hotel. The room was large, with superb bathroom facilities too. We ate dinner in the restaurant, as soon as we sat down bread and olives arrived and drinks order was taken. They arrived quickly, as well as a cold bottle of water and glasses. Food was taken, which again, arrived in good time and was delicious. We all slept well, including our dog, the room seemed well soundproofed. The buffet breakfast was also very good, a lot of choice and plenty of it. We checked out easily and the price for one night including our dinner, breakfast is already included, was good value. There is also a LeClerc 2 mins away where we were able to get petrol and sandwiches for our lunch before setting off on the next stage of our journey. Highly recommended, we will be returning I am sure as it is extremely convenient and makes for an easy pleasant stopover.

The staff were great. I arrived at the end of a nine hour drive and they couldn't do enough to help. Friendly & patient. Offered me a long cold water on arrival. Fantastic.

I booked the room at 19.30 in the evening, and we could stay there the same night. The people at reception were great, spoke English and we even could have dinner there that evening. I also liked the big and free parking space. Breakfast was fine, the room was fine and the overall service was fine.

The location is superb, close to N154 but very quiet. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good food.
